BDM Construction uses quality procedures and products to insure a customer the best home. A few are highlighted on this page.

In floor heating is one option to choose in any concrete slab. A benefit to in floor heating is the reduction of dust into the air. This is an excellent choice for people with allergies. 

In our slab on grade homes we install transit heat below the floor. This reduces the amount of unattractive duct work and adds heat to the concrete floor.

These are floors prior to the concrete being poured with a radon and vapor barrier applied to the ground.

The blue line along the base of the wall is a thermal break between the interior and exterior concrete work.

The Interior framing is at sixteen inches on center with wiring, cables and switch boxes mounted prior to the installation of insulation. The use of large windows in the front of the house allows for lots of light to shine into the kitchen and dining room.

Batt insulation is used in the walls and the attic is filled with blown insulation. We pay attention to the newest energy codes that come out to ensure the best energy savings for a home.

All of our cabinets are custom built  to fit by a large local cabinet shop. This enables a customer to chose what style they like to help personalize their home.

Our masonry work is done by excellent craftsmen who are very experienced in their field to provide a paramount exterior. While a brick front is a standard on our homes, any kind of stone can be added.
